CANCELATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to offer you the best experience possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment within this time frame, please note that a no-show fee will apply. Additionally, any same-day rescheduling or cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

HAIR GROWTH​
To provide you with the best possible results, we require that you have at least 2-3 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. If your hair is too short, we will consider it a same-day cancellation, and the applicable fee will be charged. This policy ensures that we can deliver the high-quality service you expect.

HAIR FREE GUARANTEE
We guarantee that no hair will be left behind after your hair removal service. If you're not satisfied, we will fix any missed areas for free within 72 hours of your appointment. Please contact the location where you received the service for assistance.

GUEST POLICY
For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. This helps us maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call us before 7pm Monday to Friday or before 4pm on weekends. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate your needs as best as possible.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE
Yes you can get a Brazilian while on your period and we encourage you to still come in for appointment, if you feel comfortable. We provide wipes and tampons if you need them. We understand not everyone is comfortable getting sugared during that time of the month. If you would prefer not to get sugared during that time, please try to track your cycle and plan your appointments to the best of your ability, as you may still be charged a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations.
